- Weight loss is likely to be greater as the scales will measure more than body fat.
- This is a mathematical calculation and assumes you perfectly manage your energy balance every day, which is highly unlikely.
- Over time, metabolic adaptation may take effect and cause fat loss to slow. This concept is covered in later modules.
