Iron Paradise Fitness is now LIVE!...
In the immortal words of the UFC’s Bruce Buffer, “We are LIVE”. But not for 5 rounds in the UFC Lightweight division. No, that’s in a few weeks time when McGregor meets Alvarez for the championship.
The big news in town right now is the relaunch of the all new Iron Paradise Fitness website.
After weeks and months of 12 hour days and toiling away in front of my PC, the site is finally finished and ready to share with you. It’s been a labour of love to get the site up and running and I’m really proud it.
There’s a new logo, new branding, new coaching services and even some awesome new FREE stuff for all you lovely people.
Over the coming weeks, there will be more and more content added, from blog updates to nutritional and training articles. I’ve got an awesome new photo shoot in the making right now, so there’ll be some cool pics and behind the scenes videos to share as well, so stay tuned.
I’m eager for you to dive right in to all the content on the site, so I’ll be keeping this blog fairly brief. I’d love to get some feedback about the site in general and also any content, articles, and information that you’d like to see.
I’ve been sat behind a faceless computer for weeks building it, so some human interaction (albeit over email) will be more than welcome.

The purpose of Iron Paradise Fitness has always been to help people find solutions to their fitness and nutrition problems. What I kept hearing from clients and generally from guys in the gym was that they were confused by all the conflicting ideas on the best approach to training and diet and just wanted a programme that was simple and easy to follow, and didn’t make them feel like they were spending every available hour in the gym and sacrificing their happiness for a diet of plain chicken and rice cakes.
My new training and nutrition programme, ‘Aesthetics Through Strength’ is the newest addition to Iron Paradise Fitness and is designed to address that specific problem. It’s something I’m truly proud of.
Aesthetics Through Strength has been months and years in the making. I’ve brought together all my personal and client experience into one simple and truly effective programme that I guarantee will get you into the best shape of your life.
